Here at First Baptist Church we desire to impact the lives of children with the Word of God in a fun, dynamic way.  We believe the Word of God makes a difference in the lives of children.  At FBC we want children to have the time of their lives while learning the true meaning of "life". 

Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.  (Proverbs 22:6)  We use this scripture as a basis for our children's ministry.  The following are activities we offer to "train up the children". 

Please join us as we kick-off the new school year on Sept. 7th.  We meet in the Fellowship Hall on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  Please be sure and sign in when you arrive.  As always we encourage you to bring a friend with you. The more, the merrier!  Our Kids' Club includes children from kindergarten through 4th grade.  We will be doing fun crafts, learning Bible stories, playing games, learning songs and finishing with a snack. 

Reminder:  If school is closed due to weather conditions on a Wednesday, there will be no club that night.

We can always use help and we need people for non-teaching jobs, also.  If interested, please contact the church office.

Children 3 years through 3rd grade meet for Sunday School from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. in the computer lab.  As children arrive, they can play with various items in the lab such as puzzles, computers, floor games, worksheets, drawing, etc.  We ask the children for prayer requests as well as praises before sending them to classes which are divided by grade level.  We meet back in the computer lab for parents to pick up their children.
